Caterpillar 3208T Engine Complete Non Running Core Diesel ESN: 52376 Testran 12-10-21: Non running core. Tim says this turns over by hand but he tried two diffrent starters and could not get it to crank over with either of them. He put in my area and said he was done with it. He noted that rockers and valve train look good, left bank shows some moisture. I beleive this may be hydro locked. Came in on its side and oil leaked out from the valve cover fill hole before Wayne got it in a stand. Tim did confirm there was coolant in the oil as well.
