RFE must be notified prior to the end of the warranty period and all warranty repairs must be authorized by RPP and RFE technical staff if a warranty claim is to be valid and considered. All claimed parts must be returned to the indicated physical location within thirty days from date of an issued Return Merchandise Authorization for the claim to be evaluated and considered valid. In the event of a claim, a Warranty Claim Form must be requested for the return of parts for warranty consideration. It is the claimant’s responsibility to provide failed parts, a completed Warranty Claim Form and copies of any related work orders or invoices for examination by RPP and RFE technical personnel. Parts must be shipped freight pre-paid with all associated paperwork and arrive in a condition that makes examination possible. Parts received without a Warranty Claim Form will be returned to the customer freight collect.
The warranties set forth herein are the sole warranties made by RPP for RFE regarding its parts. RFE makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
