Tech Notes: Needed help starting the first time. Starts with a lot of blue smoke and a miss. Adjusted injection pump timing and changed out #1 injector and there was some improvement, but still smokes. Improved some more once the unit was warmed up, but puffs heavy blue smoke when throttle is released quickly. There was some moisture left in the pan so sleeve o'rings may be leaking? Has blowby. Has good draw at intake.
