Tech Notes: Unit may need injection pump work. No starter or flywheel. Turns over with compression. Good draw at intake. Injectors #2 & #3 getting fuel. Injectors #1 & #4 not getting fuel, plunger in injection pump likely hanging up. Unit starts and runs on ether. No engine noise when running. Likely would run if injection pump was cleaned out or rebuilt. 55 PSI oil pressure.
