International 6.9L Engine Complete Running Core 8 Cyl Diesel BCN: 1809000C1 Mechanics Special Test ran 11-8-17: Running Core C+ with 40-90 psi oil pressure. Starts and runs good but has constant blue smoke and a fair amount of smoky blow-by (can smell oil burning) engine had been laying on its side and may just need some more run time. Does start and shut down quick. Selling as is?AS PICTURED. O/H kits available. See it run on video!! Comes with Starter and flywheel. Tube on one valve cover to CDR is gooped up with silicone.
