Perkins A4.203 I.D.I. Engine Complete Running Core 4 Cyl Diesel BCN: 37173290 ESN: 2806095 Mechanics Special Non stressed. Block has been repaired In splash pad area. Test ran 11-8-17: Running Core C+ with 40-60 psi oil pressure. Air in and out intake. Starts and runs OK with no blow-by. Has some constant blue smoke. Doesn?t want to idle. Attempted to start again and not getting fuel out of injection pump. Customer may need to use there pump or give this pump some TLC. Selling as is...AS PICTURED. O/H kits available. Does not come with starter.
