REMANUFACTURED PARTS COVERAGE

Remanufactured parts furnished by CNH Industrial Reman carry an industry-leading warranty program with coverage up to twenty-four (24) months on parts and labor when dealer-installed. This extended warranty program covers remanufactured parts for Case IH, Case Construction, New Holland Agriculture and New Holland Construction equipment. Over 90% of products offered carry the 24-month warranty for parts and labor, with the exception being some major engine components where servicing with remanufactured engine assemblies is promoted.

WARRANTY COVERAGE TERMS

Dealer-Installed Parts

• Twenty-four (24) months coverage on both parts and labor when installed by an approved CNH dealer location
• Coverage backed by CNH Aftermarket Solutions
• Warranty exceeds OEM and replacement part warranties

Customer-Installed Parts

• If a customer chooses to install a CNH Industrial Reman part themselves or use options other than an approved CNH dealer location, warranty coverages are reduced by 50%
• Labor is not included in the coverage for non-dealer-installed parts
• Only the part itself will be covered under warranty

CNH Industrial Reman engineering and quality departments constantly analyze warranty data and failure modes of various components to develop corrective actions and greatly reduce failures. This process, along with constant communication flow from the original manufacturer of the parts, allows CNH Industrial Reman to remanufacture products to the latest and greatest specifications, maximizing uptime for the end-user.
