RF Engine offers an expansive offering of new aftermarket, remanufactured, and used engines and engine parts all under one roof.

Details

Remanufactured replacement long block.

Includes rotation assembly (block, crank, rods, & pistons), cylinder head with rocker arm assemblies & valve covers, camshaft with lifters & pushrods, oil pump, oil pick-up tube, oil pan, water pump, front gear housing, and tin.

Installer re-uses injection pump gear and fuel system, starter, alternator, flywheel, intake and exhaust manifolds, turbocharger (where applicable), hydraulic or accessory drive pump, and all other external components.

This does NOT have the "STORM" or "STRESS" style cylinder block. On this model the cylinder block casting has slightly thinner webbing for lower horsepower applications and there is a large freeze/expansion plug next to the oil filter head rather than a cast embossment with threaded port. From our experience, and after hundreds of long block sales, this earlier block is interchangeable with the STORM / STRESS blocks without consequence in lower an mid-range horsepower applications.

Your new Cummins B Series long block comes with a 6-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. We're committed to ensuring you receive a quality product that performs as expected.

What's Covered

Coverage Period: 6 months from date of purchase
Parts Protection: Replacement parts for any component of the long block itself found to be defective in materials or workmanship
Our Promise: If a covered defect occurs, we'll provide replacement parts at no charge to get you back up and running

What's Not Covered

This warranty covers replacement parts only. The following costs are the customer's responsibility:

Labor: Installation, removal, diagnosis, or any other labor costs
Fluids & Consumables: Engine oil, coolant, filters, gaskets, or any other consumables
Shipping: Both inbound shipping of defective parts and outbound shipping of replacement parts
Incidental Expenses: Towing, equipment rental, downtime, or any other indirect costs

How It Works

If you experience an issue covered under warranty:

Contact us immediately with your order number and description of the problem
We'll work with you to diagnose the issue and determine if it's warranty-related
For valid claims, we'll ship replacement parts as quickly as possible
Defective parts must be returned for inspection (return shipping at customer's expense)
