Has fuel pump eccentric opening for mechanical fuel pump (can go 1979-1996 if fuel pump eccentric platted off). Comes with Brand new oil pump, valley pan and full gasket set and is metal banded to Ford OEM pallet. Selling as pictured "AS IS".
