Shipping Cut-Off Times

• Standard Ground Shipments: Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST ship the next business day.
• Expedited Shipments (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Three-Day Select): Orders placed before 2:30 PM EST with an expedited shipping method selected ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM EST ship the next business day.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

US Parcel Delivery Charges

Shipping charges for parcel shipments (150 lbs. or less) are based on the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Truck Freight (LTL) Shipments

• Heavier Items: Orders exceeding 150 lbs. or containing large components (engines, long blocks, crankshafts, cylinder heads, etc.) ship via truck freight (LTL).
• Rate Calculation: Truck freight rates are calculated by weight and destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
• Liftgate & Residential Delivery: Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries or if a liftgate is required. Please contact us if you need either of these services.

Free Shipping Items

• Select Items: Certain items include free shipping within the contiguous United States. These items are marked on their product pages.
• Returns Not Due to Our Error: If a free shipping item is returned for any reason that is not our fault (wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for:
  • All return shipping costs
  • The original outbound shipping charges that were covered under the free shipping offer
• Returns Due to Our Error: If we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover all shipping costs.

Expedited Shipping

• Available Methods: We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Three-Day Select for customers who need their parts quickly.
• Customer Responsibility: We understand that downtime is costly and sometimes you need parts as fast as possible. However, expedited shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in all cases—including orders affected by error, defect, or delivery delay. We are happy to assist with ground shipping costs when the situation warrants it, but we are unable to reimburse or cover the premium associated with expedited or air freight services.

Truck Freight Returns & Responsibility

• Customer Returns: For items returned via truck freight that are not due to our error (wrong item ordered, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for both the original outbound freight and the return freight costs.
• Our Error or Defective Item: If a truck freight shipment needs to be returned because we shipped the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the freight costs.

Inspecting Your Shipment

• Open & Inspect Immediately: Please open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
• Truck Freight Deliveries: Any damage to packaging or shipments MUST be noted with the delivering carrier at the time of delivery. This is required for all truck freight deliveries.
• Document Everything: Note damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and photograph any damage immediately.
• Report Promptly: After noting damage with the carrier, contact us right away so we can assist with your claim.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment's destination.
